When you order one of our products then we obtain information from you. This can involve personal information. This information will solely be used to execute your order. Fulfilling an order
When you order one of our products we will use your personal information to fulfil your order. If necessary for fulfilling or delivery of your order we will provide a third party, only the relevant parts, of your personal information. On our website we offer the possibility to ask questions on a contact form. You can choose for yourself which personal information you give us to answer your question. The information you send us will be stored as long as is needed to answer your question.
We also have a newsletter to which everyone can subscribe. You will receive our newsletter with a maximum of one per month. Each newsletter contains visible codes in the links to our website. With these we can monitor how many times our website has been visited form a newsletter. We can not see what you are interested in. We are only interested in general information about the use of our newsletter so we can improve it.
Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent. This means that after signing up on our website you will receive an email asking to confirm your subscription. The gathered information is anonymized as much as possible. your IP-address is truncated before being transferred to Google’s mainframe. The information gathered is transferred to servers located in the US. Google is member of the Privacy Shield program of the US ministry of commerce. Members of the Privacy Shield have sufficient protection for processing personal information.
